ISSUE: I want to be able to email my posts into an email address and have them post automatically to my Wordpress site.
There are a tons of sites that talk about this subject and many different ways on how to do it, there are actually some plugins that can set this up for you, but I wanted to simplify this process since many of the users that use wordpress don't know how or want to edit the code.
SOLUTION: First we need to understand how this actually works.
When you send a post by email what happens is that it goes into the inbox of that address wordpress will then run a job to pull those emails into the wordpress site.
When I first set this up my biggest misconception was that I was actually emailing the wordpress site directly and that is completely incorrect.
What actually happens is that Wordpress connects to the mailbox and pulls the messages into your website as a POST
STEPS:
A blog about all the technical stuff.. come along for the ride and you might learn a thing or two.

Fix mobile usability issues found on your website http://xxxxxxx.xx
ISSUE: Seems like google Webmaster tools is running a huge email blast to notify their users if a website is compatible with mobile devices, even though 98% if my websites are currently using wordpress. I have a few sites still using the DotNetNuke CMS system. I plan to migrate them over soon here is a copy of the email that I got form them
Fix mobile usability issues found on
To: webmaster of http://yourwebsite.com/
Google systems have tested XXX pages from your site and found that 100% of them have critical mobile usability errors. The errors on these XXX pages severely affect how mobile users are able to experience your website. These pages will not be seen as mobile-friendly by Google Search, and will therefore be displayed and ranked appropriately for smartphone users.
I will update this post after my migration is complete, and see if I hit any bumps on the road my current migration would be from Managed.com (aka PowerDNN) using DotNetNuke to Godaddy.com using Wordpress.

Wordpress SNOW how to bring it back!
As many of you might have seen after Jan 4th each year Wordpress Turns off the snow option under the general settings of your website. I wanted to keep it longer this year because out here it's still snows way after January 4th I searched around for some Snow Plugin that will keep the same or similar effect, after going through about 5 the closet one I found was called:
WP Snowfall Plugin
Here is a link to the plugin: http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-snowfall/
Let me know if anyone out there has a better one. The only thing I don't like about this one is that it doesn't respond to the mouse activity like the original wordpress snowfall. It's also my understanding that the option is seasonal and there is no way to bring it back.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for contacting Advanced Hosting Support regarding your hosting account,hostmyservices.net.
I understand you have been unable to access your site from the IP 74.XXX.XXX.XXX. While looking into this we found you were correct and your IP had been blocked. We have had to block your IP multiple times in the past as well and this is because you are attempting to login to 2 different static IP wordpress accounts at a frequency of 1 login per site per minute. If you continue the monitoring of your site in this same manner you will be continually blocked and we will be unable to remove the IP address from the block list. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
Please contact us if you have any further issues.
