Thanks for your inquiry. To help keep our policies simple while delivering great social networking experiences to users, our automated systems restrict Pages providing poor user experiences. Our systems use a variety of signals to assess user experience, such as user feedback on a Page's communications and on the Page itself.
We've checked out the circumstances of your Page's restriction, and we found that your Page received strong negative feedback from users and their friends. This denotes a poor user experience and amounts to a violation of our Facebook Page Guidelines (https://www.facebook.com/page_guidelines.php), which is why your Page was restricted. Accordingly, we will not be able to restore your Page. Please note that this decision is final and cannot be appealed.
For Pages you'd like to launch in the future, please first make adjustments to ensure you're providing a good user experience and meeting our policies.

Thanks,

The Facebook Pages Team

  1. Hi, It's because you received too many likes on your page in one day.
Facebook is trying to clamp down on fake likes, but I think their settings are a bit tight and not good enough to distinguish between fake and real and if it happens that you get a few real people to like your page at the same time, you will get a restriction on your page. They may even remove your like button. So, if you got some interesting news or a competition and you get many likes on your page fast, you'll get a block. It's really bad. :(

  2. Referring to your original post and the follow up, this means if you've got someone with a vendetta against you, they can simply get their friends to also report your page to Facebook and you'll lose your Facebook page. That's horrible.
